Our Mission

Fitness doesn't have to be about hitting PR's at all costs. We ditch the "no pain, no gain" mentality and lead you into a versatile training experience that doesn't compromise your health and longevity.

Working out is so much more than leaving sweat on the floor. Over the course of our careers for the last 15 years we have seen the number one problem in people's fitness journey is overcoming an obstacle like a recurring ache or an old nagging injury. Oftentimes, balancing workout programs with proper recovery and variability is the key to making strength gains and preventing injury. 

Our number one goal is to lead you into training habits that place your health first so that you can do the things you love, pain-free.

Our Values

We value health, family, fitness and longevity and are determined to make world-class experiences available and affordable to everyone. There was a time when we would not be able to afford our own services and that has never sat well with us. What we offer now is free or low cost to improve opportunities for a larger group of people who are equally deserving of the knowledge and skills required to maintain good health for a lifetime.
